I’m an author,

online marketing strategist,

The nature of working for startups has meant I’ve been thrown in the deep end learning about everything from social media, copywriting, community building, website development and digital human behaviour.

But good marketing goes beyond buzzwords like ‘find your niche’ and technical skills. True impact comes from authenticity. From experience at 19, I turned my journey with depression and my chronic disability into a published self-help book that teaches women how to be vulnerable without regret and choose progress over perfection.
