Time to delegate work - but to whom?
Tiffany is an Inner Work & Life Coach, an entrepreneur, and a multi-passionate human being.
While Tiffany already had an Instagram account, she did not have a website or content strategy that aligned with her company mission and goals. She didn’t have the bandwidth to do all the work herself and was looking for a new team member to assist in her content creation process.
“Before Azia, I was mainly struggling with TIME - time to work on other projects within my business such as creating my website and YouTube content. I was mainly focusing on putting out content weekly to increase engagement and reach while not having enough time to work on other stuff.
I could only focus on IG content creation. Since working with Azia, we have created the website, and I am able to launch my Email marketing. Not only that, I have freed up time to work on my YouTube content.”

“3. She is versatile, flexible, and open-minded! Even though in the beginning my intention was to delegate more IG content creation to Azia, I do feel like IG content creation is still something that makes sense for myself to do it at this point.
That said, she was very open-minded when I began to delegate tasks to here that are all the things - from website to email, to tattoo creation 😛.

4. She has similar visions and values with me! I know we are both into making the world a better place through mental wellness, personal development and more etc. I feel like when we work together, we are pulling the visions to life instead of just doing tasks!

Communication. I appreciate the respect, transparency, and honesty throughout our working relationship. She is someone who knows what’s best for you, so when she asks for what I want, I trust that she has all things considered.
I appreciate that she sets her boundaries and respect my boundaries at the same time (i.e. sick and letting me know ahead of time).
She goes above and beyond. I really appreciate when Azia presents inputs (i.e. ideas) and/or outputs even when I don’t ask for it. It makes me feel very loved. ”
